A strategic leader and passionate advocate, she is committed to advancing proactive, data-informed wellness initiatives that address high-stress professions’ unique and cumulative toll.

She manages the organization’s digital content and oversees the functionality of the 1st Watch app, keeping communication and resources accessible and up to date. With over 15 years of experience in business development, event planning, and strategic outreach, Jordan is highly skilled at organizing and executing initiatives that connect individuals and agencies to meaningful mental health resources. He is deeply committed to advocating for those struggling with trauma and is driven by a passion to reduce stigma and promote healing within the first responder community.
Matt Quackenbush is a dedicated therapist and mental health educator with over 12 years of experience specializing in trauma and addiction. With a deep commitment to understanding the complex nature of PTSD—especially within the first responder community—Matt continually seeks out new methods and insights to improve treatment and awareness. He is known for his dynamic presentation style, his passion for education, and his ability to clearly communicate the impact of trauma in a way that resonates with both professionals and those directly affected.
Stacy Sainsbury is a dedicated Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of specialized experience supporting First Responders and Military personnel, demonstrating a profound commitment to this community. Her expertise lies in trauma therapy, and she predominantly utilizes an Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach. In addition to IFS, Stacy is trained in various therapeutic frameworks, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Mind-Body Bridging (MBB), Psychodrama, and Schema Therapy, among others.
Barry C. Toone is the Founder of 1st Watch Wellness, a leading provider of proactive mental health and wellness services for first responders. Barry is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School and a former trial lawyer. Barry’s personal recovery journey and the life and experiences of his grandfather, a decorated World War II veteran, inspired the creation of 1st Watch. He now serves as the company’s Director of Professional Relations and dedicates himself full-time to fulfilling its mission.
Barry has been married to the incomparable Karen Wilding Toone for over 33 years, and together they’ve raised three children. He enjoys Notre Dame Football, reading, writing, and, above all, spending time with his children and grandchildren.
