Todd Moran

Todd started his law enforcement career in 1996, serving as a Reserve Police Officer for the Klamath Falls Police Department. The following year, Todd was hired as a full-time Patrol Deputy at the Josephine County Sheriff’s Office. Due to funding challenges at Josephine County, Todd transitioned to the Grants Pass Police Department in 2000. Over the years, Todd held a variety of roles and ranks within the department, showcasing his versatility and leadership abilities. Notably, Todd served as a K9 Handler, Field Training Officer, Crisis Negotiator, Patrol Corporal, Sergeant, and Criminal Investigations Lieutenant, and ultimately ascended to the position of Police Captain before his retirement in 2023.

Beyond his professional achievements, Todd finds fulfillment in his family life. He resides in Rogue River with his wife of 25 years and their two children.
